Azienda Agricola Tricarico ships within 24 hours of receiving your order, from Monday to Friday. All orders received by 12:00 are shipped the same day. Orders received over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

"Fresh Products" Shipping
To ensure products are always fresh, orders received from Monday to Wednesday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. While orders received from Thursday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We ship with express courier (GLS) with delivery in 24/48 hours in Italy (48/72 hours for the Islands and special areas). 95% of deliveries take place in 1 working day, except for islands and disadvantaged areas.

All orders are shipped with E-comService by GLS which includes:

- notification by e-mail of the departure of your order from our office;
- link to track your order at any time;
- notification by e-mail in case of your absence at the time of delivery;
- independent management of the redelivery.

- Delivery with telephone notification: 3.50 euros (in the cart phase choose "Delivery by appointment").

Failure to deliver by the Courier

Choosing a leading company in the logistics sector such as GLS allows us to guarantee you fast, safe and tracked deliveries 24 hours a day. Despite this, in some cases, problems may arise that do not allow regular delivery by the courier and the consequent STORAGE in the warehouse until further notice.

To minimize these problems, we ask you for a few simple things:

- Correctly report the shipping address;
- Report an address where it is always possible to find someone to collect the package;
- Indicate special needs in the notes during the purchase phase.

If the courier opens the storage for reasons not attributable to it or to Azienda Agricola Tricarico, the costs of storage, release and redelivery will be charged to the recipient.

Damaged and/or poor condition products

In the event of receiving damaged and/or poor condition goods, it is possible to communicate this within 24 hours of delivery to the email address info@agricolatricarico.it citing "damaged items" in the subject of the email and attaching a photo (or by calling 3407168421). Azienda Agricola Tricarico Giuseppe reserves the right in any case to assess at its sole discretion the regularity of the information provided and to evaluate the refund or replacement methods.

Guarantees and withdrawal

Food and Cosmetic Products: the right of withdrawal is not provided for, art. 59 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21 February 2014, n. 21, for food products or products for domestic use/personal hygiene delivered with a regular deadline as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage.

Payment methods

All prices in our shop are inclusive of VAT.
Azienda Agricola Tricarico accepts the following payment methods:

- Payment with Paypal. Payment with Credit Card.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express.
If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your e-mail and password and confirm the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit/prepaid card or postepay, as an unregistered PayPal user: in this case, simply select the type of card, fill in the necessary data (the same as those required for payment by credit card) and confirm the payment.

- Payment with Satispay

Do you have a Satispay account? During the purchase process, click on Satispay as the purchase method to take advantage of the convenience that Satispay offers you.

- Payment by Bank Transfer

As soon as you have completed the purchase and have chosen the bank transfer as the payment method, you can send the bank transfer to:

- Payment on delivery – Cost 7.50 euros
During the purchase, you can enter the payment method on delivery. For this method, 7.50 euros will be charged, which will be automatically calculated in the total amount of your order.
For cash on delivery, our courier GLS only accepts cash payment upon collection of the goods.

All information relating to the payment of an order and the subscription of your personal data is encrypted (SSL certificate) to ensure the maximum level of security.
